I think that says a lot about him as a coach and how hard he works at it and how important it is to him. But again, that said, it’s important that we as leaders keep our poise and that we model that to our players.
One is that the Buffalo Bills’ offensive coordinator was showing his intense passion and desire to win when he went nuclear in the coaches’ box following his team’s 21-19 loss to the Miami Dolphins. The other is that Dorsey’s meltdown – which included ripping off his headset, spiking his hat and pulverizing his tablet – was a straight-up tantrum.
